‘Bhadrakali’, story of an ardent devotee

Based on true incidents, the upcoming devotional movie titled Bhadrakali tells the story of an ardent devotee of Goddess Bhadrakali.
The makers have recently released by the trailer. Senior actor Sita who played several roles in mythological and spiritual movies, is playing the lead role of Bhadrakali in the film.
Expressing happiness over playing the title role, Sita said, “I have played several roles as a woman deity in Telugu films. But for the first time, I am playing the role of Bhadrakali. Movies on mythology and spirituality have come down of late.
Back then, movies were produced on film reels so there was no scope for graphics. Now the technological advancement in filmmaking has seen such rapid growth that we don’t have to work too much. A movie on such subjects can be easily made with good visuals using graphics. And Bhadrakali is no different from other such films,” she said.
The movie is being directed by KA Anand while Chikkavarapu Rambabu is producing it under the banner R Pictures.
The movie is being presented by Baby Tanishka, Baby Jyoshika. Other actors in the movie include Sandhya, Manish, Thagubothu Ramesh, Dhanaraj, Chammaku Chandra, Chitram Srinu, Jayavani and Ashok. Music is being composed by Aadhish Uthriyan.
