Hyderabad: The Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Samithi on Saturday thanked the Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for the initiative taken by the State government in getting addressed the hurdles pertaining to Ganesh idol immersion.
Members of the Samithi met Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and said that whatever hurdles that cropped up for the idol immersion were solved due to the initiatives taken by the State government.
Srinivas Yadav said the Chief Minister wants people to celebrate the festival joyfully. “Since Telangana was formed, the State government is making elaborate arrangements so that people from all groups celebrate their festival on a grand scale.”
