BJP Minority Morcha leaders join BRS in presence of KTR

Two senior leaders from BJP's Minority Morcha, Rida Quddos and Mohammed Bin Ali Al Gutmi, joined the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Hyderabad. Welcomed by KT Rama Rao, they criticised the Congress government for sidelining minority welfare schemes initiated by the previous BRS regime.

Hyderabad: BJP Minority Morcha social media unit convener Rida Quddoos and co-convenor Mohammed Bin Ali Al Gutmi joined the BRS. The party working president KT Rama Rao formally welcomed them into the party here on Tuesday and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to minority welfare in Telangana.

Speaking to the media after joining BRS, Rida Quddos said she was deeply pained that the welfare and development initiatives for minorities launched under the previous BRS government had been neglected by the present Congress government.

She stated that the community’s progress had stalled and expressed confidence that true development for minorities would be possible only under former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao‘s leadership.
