BJP State president says Revanth’s claim an insult to Christian community
BJP State president N Ramchander Rao criticised Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s statement linking Christmas celebrations in Telangana to Sonia Gandhi’s sacrifice, calling it an insult to the Christian community.

Hyderabad: BJP State president N Ramchander Rao said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s claim that Christmas was being celebrated in Telangana only due to the sacrifice of Congress Parliamentary Party Chief Sonia Gandhi was an insult to the Christian community.
“Congress on Odd days: Sings Jinnah’s tunes. Congress on Even days: Sings Italian Rajmata’s tunes,” Ramchander Rao said on X.The State BJP chief also condemned the Chief Minister’s intentions to introduce a bill on hate speech.
“I also strongly condemn the CM’s remarks about his intention to bring a bill on so-called hate speech. The hypocrisy is appalling. It is the Congress that has repeatedly indulged in divisive rhetoric. Who can forget the “Congress is Muslim, Muslim is Congress” remark?”
Ramchander Rao asked.“The Muslims Maoist Congress is a dangerous divisive entity that should be abandoned as Gandhi ji wished” he added.
