Hyderabad: BJP national general secretary and Telangana party affairs in-charge Tarun Chugh on Tuesday said eligible people in Huzurabad Assembly constituency could avail benefits of welfare schemes of the Central government.

Addressing a press conference after releasing the party’s manifesto in Huzurabad, he said that the BJP would strive for the development of education in Huzurabad. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was working for the welfare of poor people and coined a slogan ‘Sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas’ (together with all, development for all, trust of all).

Chugh said the Central government would purchase paddy ensuring minimum support price and the Food Corporation of India (FCI) would take care of the entire process.

Participating in the election campaign, Chugh requested the people to vote in support of the BJP candidate. The election result on November 2 would reflect the peoples’ choice.

Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy took part in the election campaign at Rampur village while Bharatiya Janata Party’s OBC Morcha national president K Laxman at Laxmojipally and State party president Bandi Sanjay Kumar at Bethigal.

Sanjay listed out the funds allocated by the Central government for taking up various development activities in Bethigal and its adjoining villages.
