The incident occurred at Siddhi Vinayaka Textiles, a two-storey shop, where the fire suddenly broke out and spread rapidly across both floors.
According to information available, thick plumes of smoke engulfed the surrounding area, creating panic among locals. Residents immediately alerted the fire department and police, following which fire personnel rushed to the spot.
Firefighters engaged in fire fighting for nearly two hours to prevent the blaze from spreading to nearby establishments.
