Body of newborn baby found in stream in Adilabad
Locals said that the body of a baby boy was found by villagers in the stream. The villagers then informed the police who in turn shifted the body to RIMS-Adilabad for post-mortem

Adilabad: The body of a newborn baby was found in a stream on the outskirts of Guraja village in Gudihathnoor mandal on Tuesday.
Locals said that the body of a baby boy was found by villagers in the stream. The villagers then informed the police who in turn shifted the body to RIMS-Adilabad for post-mortem.
Police suspected that either an unmarried woman could have delivered the baby and abandoned it, or a married woman could have abandoned the baby if it was born with some deficiency. Investigation is on.
