The delegation reviewed ongoing initiatives in urban heritage conservation, infrastructure improvement and development projects—particularly those underway in the old city under Quli Qutb Shah Urban Development Authority (QQSUDA).
Karnan gave a PowerPoint presentation on the Musi Riverfront Development Project and the delegation visited key heritage assets including Osmania General Hospital, the Old MCH Office, Sardar Mahal, Khursheed Jah Devdi, and iconic landmarks such as Charminar and Salarjung Museum, a GHMC press release said.
The team also toured Qutb Shahi Tombs to observe conservation, restoration and landscape development works. Over the next few days, the Bordeaux team will visit ongoing and proposed heritage projects across Hyderabad and prepare a comprehensive proposal for collaboration between Bordeaux Métropole and Hyderabad.
