Hyderabad: BRS Parliamentary Party deputy leader and Rajya Sabha MP Vaddiraju Ravichandra lauded former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao as the architect of Telangana’s rural resurgence.
Speaking at an event on the occasion of Ugadi, the Telugu New Year, Ravichandra highlighted Chandrashekhar Rao’s role in transforming Telangana into the “granary of India” and revitalising its villages.
Marking the auspicious ‘Vishwavasu Nama Ugadi’, Ravichandra unveiled a song, Karanajanmudu, at his camp office on Sunday evening.
The song acknowledges Chandrashekhar Rao’s journey, his deep understanding of the struggles and triumphs from the movement era.
Ravichandra praised his decade-long efforts to elevate Telangana society across all sectors, calling him a “Karanajanmudu”.
The song, produced by First Reel, was commended by Ravichandra for its artistic portrayal of Chandrashekhar Rao’s contributions.
He expressed delight that First Reel 2025 began its journey with this meaningful production.
The event saw the participation of Juluru Gouri Shankar, First Reel MD Juluru Sivasagar, lyricist M Rajinikanth and T Saipravallika.
