Hyderabad: Senior BRS leader and former Minister T Harish Rao raised doubts over Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s ‘Telangana Rising’ logo change from “tricolour” to “saffron”, mimicking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Viksit Bharat 2047.

“Is this a case of ‘Bade Bhai-Chote Bhai’ politics, influenced by ED case and recent NITI Aayog meeting?” he wondered.

Taking to X, Harish Rao ridiculed the change in slogans and charged Revanth Reddy with dragging Telangana backward under the guise of progress.

.@revanth_anumula recently touted ‘Telangana Rising,’ but now it’s ‘Telangana Rising 2047.’

A new slogan daily, a new direction seasonally, yet none materialized.

Your Tughlaq-style policies have set Telangana back.

This isn’t progress – it’s regression.

“Telangana Rising, is now Telangana Rising 2047. A new slogan every day, a new direction seasonally and yet none materialised,” he said, adding that Revanth Reddy’s “Tughlaq-style policies” had set Telangana backwards.

He said the Congress government was not leading Telangana forward but pushing it into confusion and regression.
