Hyderabad: It may be just Wednesday, but Regina Cassandra is already in the mood for a throwback on Instagram. The ‘Evaru’ actor shared a childhood picture of her dressed as a bride and made netizens go gaga about her in the comments section.

In the caption, Regina revealed that she has started her 40-day abstinence period ahead of Easter on April 17. Throughout this time, those marking Lent will fast or give up certain luxuries. Regina celebrates Easter in a grand manner every year.

On the work front, Regina is enjoying the success of her latest Hindi web series on Sony Liv ‘Rocket Boys’, in which she co-stars along with actors Jim Sarbh and Ishwak Singh. The series is based on the lives of Homi J Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai. Regina is essaying the role of classical dancer Mrinalini Sarabhai.

Her upcoming movies include Telugu Tamil bilingual ‘Soorpanagai’, ‘Saakini Daakini’, ‘Borrder’, ‘Party’, ‘Kallapart’, ‘Karungaapiyam’ and an item number in ‘Acharya’.
