Hyderabad: Candescent, an intelligent digital banking platform in the United States, on Friday announced the launch of its new technology centre in Hyderabad. Spanning 30,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 260 people, the new facility at Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, marks a strategic expansion of Candescent’s presence in the city.
The company continues to operate from its existing Hyderabad office, which will remain active through 2027, with teams working across both locations. Engineers in Hyderabad at Candescent play a direct role in platform roadmap decisions, contributing not just to execution but also to long-term product and technology strategy.
The Hyderabad tech centre is designed to support the next phase of growth, with significant team expansion across engineering, product, data and platform roles. “Teams here are working on critical parts of our platform, from real-time payments and high-volume systems to AI-driven workflows. The work happening out of Hyderabad directly powers banking experiences for millions of users,” said John Garvey, COO of Candescent.
“Our journey in India has always been about building, not supporting, and Hyderabad represents the next phase of that evolution,” said Raghav Pavaman, GM and SVP, India Operations, Candescent.
