Car rams into truck, driver injured at Kompally
Vehicle was proceeding from Secunderabad towards Medchal when the incident occurred, police yet to identify passengers travelling in the car
Hyderabad: A person was injured when the car in which he was travelling hit a truck on Bolarum-Kompally road on Monday morning.
The incident occurred when the car was proceeding from Secunderabad towards Medchal.
Rash and negligent driving is suspected to have caused the crash.
When the car reached the Bolarum-Kompally highway, the driver who was suspected of having dozed off, lost control and rammed into the truck from behind.
Due to the impact, the driver of the car suffered injuries. The vehicle too was heavily damaged.
After receiving a call from a motorist, the police reached the spot and towed the vehicles away. The injured person was shifted to the hospital.
A case was booked. The police are yet to identify the passengers/occupants travelling in the car at the time of the mishap.
