Case filed against producer Bellamkonda Suresh for alleged property encroachment
Film producer Bellamkonda Suresh faces a police complaint over alleged property encroachment and damage at a Film Nagar residence. Complainant Shiva Prasad claims Suresh and his associates caused the damage and abused his staff; police have begun investigation.
Hyderabad: A case has been booked against noted film producer Bellamkonda Suresh at the Film Nagar police station following a complaint by a local resident alleging attempt to encroach his property.
As per available information, the complainant Shiva Prasad, who resides on Road No. 7, Film Nagar, had locked his house and gone to stay with relatives for some time. When he returned about a few days ago, he reportedly found that the lock on his house had been broken, several household items and walls were damaged. There were clear signs of an attempt to encroach on the property.
Shiva Prasad alleged that Bellamkonda Suresh and his associates were responsible for the damage and attempted encroachment.
On learning about the incident, he reportedly sent his staff to Suresh’s residence to question him, during which Suresh allegedly abused them and tried to assault them.
Following this, Shiva Prasad lodged a formal complaint with Film Nagar Police. The police have registered a case and took up investigation.
