Hyderabad: It is raining Bollywood offers for several Telugu cinema actors. And the divide between the two industries seems to be fading with the mixing of actors from the North and the South.
And now, several South actors seem to have gained popularity even among Hindi audiences. Here are a few of them who are breaking a leg in the Hindi film industry:
Allu Arjun
It is no wonder that actor Allu Arjun has won the hearts of North Indian movie lovers with his recently released move ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. The Sukumar directorial magnum opus has also paved a way for other Allu Arjun-starrer South Telugu movies to be remade or dubbed in Hindi. Also, the actor might also be part of an upcoming Bollywood film soon, according to speculations.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu
Actor Samantha has left Hindi audiences spellbound with her performance as Raji in ‘The Family Man 2’. The actor since then has been receiving several offers for Bollywood projects. And, looks like she will be part of a film produced by Taapsee Pannu in the near future.
Ram Charan
Though the actor made his debut in Bollywood with ‘Zanjeer’ along with Priyanka Chopra, his upcoming flick ‘RRR’ seems to have greater promises for the actor’s presence in the Hindi film industry. Ram Charan, now, has also created a niche set of fans among Hindi movie lovers, and has also been hinting projects with actor Ranveer Singh.
Rashmika Mandanna
The diva who made her presence felt among the Hindi audiences with ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ in Hindi is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Sidharth Malhotra in ‘Mission Majnu’.
Jr NTR
Although Tarak didn’t have to venture into Bollywood, the actors’ Telugu movies dubbed in Hindi have made him popular with the Hindi audience even before his official entry. Recently, during a media interaction, Deepika Padukone also expressed her desire to work with Allu Arjun and Jr NTR. Meanwhile, Jr NTR is waiting for the release of ‘RRR’.
Raashii Khanna
Raashii Khanna has been loved by Telugu audiences for her innocent-looking smile and her rocking performances. Well, the actor is now set to awe the Hindi audiences with her performance in the web series ‘Rudra: The Edge of Darkness’. The actor will also be working on two Bollywood projects this year – sharing the screen with Siddharth Malhotra in ‘Yodha’, and with Shahid Kapoor in an untitled project.
Vijay Deverakonda
The Telugu actor who has created his own cult fans in the South is all set to box the Bollywood box offices with his upcoming pan-India film ‘Liger’. The actor who will be seen playing a boxer in the film is set to share the screen with Ananya Panday.
