Cheriyal painting workshop in Hyderabad draws art lovers

Hyderabad: Enthusiastic participation from art lovers and learners was witnessed at a Cheriyal painting workshop in the city on Tuesday.

The two-day hands-on Cheriyal Painting Workshop by D Saikiran was held on Monday and Tuesday at CCT Spaces, Banjara Hills. While September 15 featured wall plate painting, Tuesday saw participants learning the finer nuances of mask painting at the camp.

The participants picked up the intricacies of the traditional painting style during the hands-on workshop and, under guidance, created their own artworks.
