Children deliver life lessons through ‘royal’ skit

The pre-primary wing of Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills celebrated the virtual Annual Day celebration with great zeal and enthusiasm. This year the theme for Annual Day was “Magnificent Majesty -a saga of kings and queens of India “which was presented meticulously through a spectacular performance by the students of pre-primary.
The programme commenced with the welcome address by Principal Dr Sunitha Rao followed by the lighting of the lamp. The annual report of the school was presented by headmistress Neetu Gupta Puri. She apprised the audience of the achievements of the school. The programme was followed by a spectacular display of performances ‘The Royal tour of powerful empires’ mesmerized the audience.
The audience was awestruck to see the tiny toddlers dressed as kings and queens and confidently delivering their dialogues showcasing their amazing communication skills. Children learned that the king’s life and wisdom are timely reminders of how one charismatic leader can shape a dynamic world.
Chief guests Rahul Tarar , Borough Councillor and CEO of Teleglobal Consulting Ltd , UK and Ms Aman Grewal , Mrs India Worldwide 2014 graced the occasion and encouraged the children and appreciated their hard work.
