Chiran Deep wins first race in five-day Republic Day Regatta

Hyderabad: Debutant Chiran Deep Perelli of St Patricks led from start to finish to won the race in the Green Fleet on the first day of the five-day Republic Day Regatta, at the Hussian Sagar Lake on Monday.
With weather not suitable for races, only one race was possible in the day. He was closely followed by Daniel Israel of Valerian Grammar School and Jampanna Arapu of Balamrai Government School.
