KBA Cagers, St Patrick’s emerge champions

Cagers remained unbeaten in the eight-team round-robin format while KBA Thunders took the second spot with five wins and two losses.

Hyderabad: Keystone Basketball Academy Cagers and St Patrick’s took the top honours in boys and girls categories respectively in the under-19 age category of the Zero Gravity 3×3 basketball tournament, conducte by Keystone Basketball Academy on Monday.

 

Cagers remained unbeaten in the eight-team round-robin format while KBA Thunders took the second spot with five wins and two losses. In the girls category, St Patrick’s and Srila finished with three wins and a loss each. But St Patrick’s win over Srila helped the former clinch the title.

Awards:

Promising players: Arpita and Rehan; Best ball handler: Ruchi Athelli and Akhil Korupolu; Best Shooter: Shreya and Shyamanth; Best defender: Siddhika and Lakshman; Best dunker: Subhash.
