Chiranjeevi, Phoenix Foundation host mega blood drive for Armed Forces
In celebration of India’s 79th Independence Day, Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust and Phoenix Foundation jointly organised a mega blood donation camp in Hyderabad, dedicated to the Indian Armed Forces. The event saw 800 donors and featured the presence of actor Chiranjeevi, Teja Sajja, and actress Samyuktha.

Hyderabad: Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust and Phoenix Foundation jointly organised a mega blood donation camp, coinciding with 79th Independence Day for Indian Armed forces. A total of 800 people came forward to donate blood during the special blood donation drive, which was attended by Chiranjeevi, actor Teja Sajja, actress Samyuktha, Phoenix Group Chairman Suresh Chukkapalli and others.
Speaking on the occasion, Chiranjeevi said “I congratulate Suresh Chukkapalli for conducting the blood donation drive for the past two years. I also wholeheartedly bow my head in respect to Teja, Samyuktha, our Chief Medical Officer of the blood bank, Dr. Madhava and all other volunteers for donating blood for the cause”.
On the occasion, Chairman, Phoenix Group Suresh Chukkapalli said “I extend my wishes to all the blood donors for coming forward. What they have donated today will save hundreds of lives. For the past two years, we have been conducting this initiative with Chiranjeevi Blood Bank and we hope to continue to do many more impactful programs in the future”.
