Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao expressed his heartfelt condolences on the demise of Telangana Padya Kavi and Vishishta Puraskar awardee Velapati Rama Reddy.
The Chief Minister described him as Rythu Kavi as he was well versed in portraying issues pertaining to farming and those of farmers. With the demise of Velapati Rama Reddy, Telangana had lost a great littereateur, he said. The Chief Minister extended his condolences to the bereaved family.
