CMR Engineering College holds Orientation Day 2K25 for freshers

Hyderabad: CMR Engineering College organised its Orientation Day–2K25 for first-year B.Tech students, welcoming over 2,000 students along with their parents to mark the beginning of their academic journey at CMREC.

Prof. Dr S P Singh gave a presentation on academic rules, while Dr M Amru, Controller of Examinations, explained examination guidelines. Dr M Vijay Karthik, Training and Placement Officer, highlighted career opportunities.


The event featured a cultural performance by the Prajwala Cultural Club and an audio-visual presentation by the Photography Club, setting the tone for the ceremony.

Principal Dr A Srinivasula Reddy, Secretary and Correspondent Ch Srisailam Reddy, and Vice-Chairman Ch Bhoopal Reddy addressed the gathering.

Guest speaker Sricharan Lakkaraju, CEO of Student Tribe, delivered an impactful address on career readiness, skill development, and adaptability in a changing job market. Dr K V Reddy, Convener and HoD of H&S, also spoke on the occasion.
