Combating stress is key to prosper

Management of Pallavi Group of Schools and Delhi Public School organised a webinar on ‘Stress Management and the work-life balance for the school staff recently.
Internationally renowned speaker and novelist Dr. Yandamoori Veerendranath was the guest speaker for the webinar.
The webinar was conducted to spread awareness about mental health and how to communicate effectively with others and cope with stress in difficult situations.
Dr. Veerendranath enlightened the audience with his knowledge and experiences and methods to combat stress and stay relaxed.
He also spoke about the ‘butterfly effect’ and the ‘Shatguna Aishwaryalu’ which include health, fame, money, love, enthusiasm and wisdom. It was an attempt to answer questions that surround the mental wellbeing of individuals and ways and methods to overcome it. Overcoming stress at the earliest will help individuals prosper, the speaker said.
