Nalgonda: District Collector Prashant Jeevan Patil on Wednesday instructed the officials concerned to complete the arrangements for taking up Telangana Ku Haritha Haram (TKHH) by November end.

Addressing tahsildars, Mandal Parishad Development Officers (MPDOs) and Additional Project Officers of NREGP through a video conference to review the preparedness of taking up the next phase of mass plantation programme, the Collector said seed procurement, filling up of plastic bags with sand and fencing to the nurseries should be taken up by mandal officials and these tasks should be completed by the end of November. He also reviewed labour budget, maintenance of nurseries and implementation of Swachha Bharatah at the field level. Work days would be provided to at least 50 persons in each village by next Monday.

District Rural Development Officer Shaker Reddy, Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Veera Brahma Chary and District Panchayat Officer Vishnu Vardhan were also present.
