Complete pending works on CCC by Feb 15: CM KCR tells officials
Hyderabad: A review meeting on the construction status of the police Command and Control Centre that is set to come up at Banjara Hills Road 12 was held on Saturday. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao instructed the officials to complete the works by February 15.
The meeting was attended by Hyderabad Commissioner of Police CV Anand, Engineer in Chief of Roads and Buildings Department, Ganapati Reddy and other committee members including Additional CP Hyderabad Police – DS Chauhan, NIT Warangal Director – NV Ramana Rao, Superintendent Engineer, HMRL – Sai Appa Reddy and Joint CP, Hyderabad Police –Viswa Prasad.
According to a press release, the committee inspected and shortlisted the furniture needed for the offices and chambers of all Project Management Unit members. The vendors and officials were asked to speed up the pending works and ensure the building work gets completed by February 15.
Also, a one-on-one meeting was held with all the vendors to ascertain the reasons for the delay and expected date of completion, and they have been informed to complete the pending works with the necessary plan of action before the deadline and assurance has been taken from each of them to meet the deadline, the press release stated.
