Congress cadre attempts to attack Sunitha Lakshma Reddy’s house

While taking the Ganesh idol in a procession for immersion,  Congress cadre in the village burst the crackers in front of the gate when the MLA was not inside the residence.

Medak: Congress workers created a ruckus in front of Narsapur MLA V Sunitha Lakshma Reddy’s residence at Gomaram village in Shivvampet mandal on Sunday.

While taking a Ganesh idol in a procession for immersion, the Congress cadre in the village burst the crackers in front of the gate when the BRS MLA was not in her residence. However, it caused panic among family members who were inside during the night. When BRS supporters objected to the ruckus, the Congress cadre entered into a argument with them. The incident resulted in a minor scuffle between both the sides. Meanwhile, the Quick Reaction Team of Medak police rushed to the spot and dispersed both sides.

BRS workers said Congress workers from the village had tried to barge into the house when they objected to bursting the crackers close to the house. Meanwhile, Sunitha Lakshma Reddy returned home on Monday morning.
