Sangareddy: Health Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha said that Congress party would honour the party workers who worked for strengthening the party base over the years. Participating as chief guest at the Agriculture Market Committee chairman and directors swearing-in ceremony in Patancheru on Sunday, Damodara Rajanarasimha said that Congress would give appropriate nominated posts to party workers.
The AMC office-bearers, Epuri Sivanandam assumed charge as Chairman of Patancheru Market, and Rajashekhar assumed charge as vice-chairman.
However, Damodara Rajanarasimha called upon the party workers to continue to work by reaching out to the people at the grassroots level to ensure the welfare schemes reached the eligible. The Minister said that Congress brought BHEL, BDL, IIT-Hyderabad, Ordnance Factory and many other companies and institutions to Sangareddy district.
Labour Minister G Vivekananda said that they will give enough funds to Patancheru constituency to improve the infrastructure facilities. TGIIC chairperson T Nirmala, Congress leaders Kata Srinivas Goud, Neelam Madhu and others were present.
