Hyderabad: Hyderabad completed the formalities of picking up remaining two wickets to crush Tripura by an innings and 161 runs on the fourth and final day of the Elite Group D match of the Cooch Behar tournament in New Delhi on Thursday.

Needing two wickets in the day, B Punnaia removed Pamir Debnath while Murugan Abhishek added another scalp to his overnight three wickets to return with bowling figures of 4/52.

Brief Scores: Tripura 143 and 157 in 72.1 overs (M Abhishek 4/52, Ashwad Rajiv 3/17) lost to Hyderabad 461/7 dec.
