Covid-19: 186 new cases and one fatality in Telangana
A total of 306 persons recovered on Wednesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,89,631 with a recovery rate of 98.5 per cent.

Hyderabad: Telangana has recorded 186 new Covid-19 infections and one fatality on Wednesday taking the overall toll to 1,594 and the cumulative number of positive cases so far to 2,93,923. As on Wednesday, there were 2,698 active Covid-19 cases in the State.
A total of 306 persons recovered on Wednesday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,89,631 with a recovery rate of 98.5 per cent, while the countrywide recovery rate was 97 per cent.
Between Tuesday and Wednesday, 31,119 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the State while reports of another 494 samples were awaited. So far, a total of 77,59,415 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2,93,923 have tested positive and 2,89,631 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included three from Adilabad, eight from Bhadradri, 35 from areas under GHMC, six from Jagtiyal, three from Jangaon, five from Bhupalapally, three from Kamareddy, 11 from Karimnagar, seven from Khammam, one from Asifabad, five from Mahabubnagar, two from Mahabubabad, seven from Mancherial, three from Medak, 12 from Medchal Malkajgiri, two from Mulugu, nine from Nalgonda, two from Nirmal, seven from Nizamabad, eight from Peddapalli, three from Siricilla, 15 from Rangareddy, one each from Sangareddy and Siddipet, three each from Suryapet and Vikarabad, two from Wanaparthy, one from Warangal Rural, 11 from Warangal Urban and seven from Yadadri.
