Covid-19: 682 new infections and three fatalities in Telangana
A total of 761 persons recovered on Monday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,65,367 with a recovery rate of 96.65 per cent.

Hyderabad: Telangana has recorded 682 new Covid-19 infections and three fatalities on Monday taking the overall toll to 1,477 and the cumulative number of positive cases so far to 2,74,540. As on Monday, there were 7,696 active Covid-19 cases in the State.
A total of 761 persons recovered on Monday taking the cumulative Covid-19 recoveries in the State to 2,65,367 with a recovery rate of 96.65 per cent, while the countrywide recovery rate was 94.6 per cent.
Between Sunday and Monday, 55,645 Covid-19 tests were conducted in the State while reports of another 812 samples were awaited. So far, a total of 58,68,233 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the State out of which 2,74,540 have tested positive and 2,65,367 persons have recovered.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included 12 from Adilabad, 24 from Bhadradri, 119 from areas under GHMC, 22 from Jagtiyal, two from Jangaon, 11 from Bhupalpally, one from Gadwal, eight from Kamareddy, 30 from Karimnagar, 38 from Khammam, eight from Asifabad, 12 from Mahabubnagar, eight from Mahabubabad, 28 from Mancherial, seven from Medak, 64 from Medchal Malkajgiri, 14 from Mulugu, 17 from Nagarkurnool, 31 from Nalgonda, five from Narayanpet, eight from Nirmal, 12 from Nizamabad, 10 from Pedapalli, 21 from Siricilla, 47 from Rangareddy, eight from Sangareddy, 14 from Siddipet, 23 from Suryapet, six from Vikarabad, seven from Wanaparthy, 10 from Warangal Rural, 41 from Warangal Urban and 14 from Yadadri.
