CPI (ML) Mass Line condemns arrest of activist Gade Innaiah

The CPI (ML) Mass Line has strongly condemned the arrest of Telangana activist and social worker Gade Innaiah under the UAPA by the National Investigation Agency. State secretary Potu Ranga Rao demanded immediate withdrawal of the UAPA case against Innaiah and called for his release.

Khammam: The CPI (ML) Mass Line has condemned the arrest of social worker, Telangana activist Gade Innaiah under the National Investigation Agency (NIA) under the provisions of UAPA Act.

In a statement here on Sunday CPI (ML) Mass Line State secretary Potu Ranga Rao described the act as heinous. The Central government has launched ‘Operation Kagar‘ with the aim of targeting and massacring Maoists.

Now, the Centre has started targeting those who were opposing the Centre’s act. The filing of a UAPA case against Innaiah and others was part of the plan. The case against Innaiah should be withdrawn and he should be released immediately, Ranga Rao demanded.
