Hyderabad: Finance and Health Minister T Harish Rao presented the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Telangana’s create 2021 awards, which identifies best real estate projects in the State.

Over 120 applications from different builders and developers were evaluated this year. Apart from Hyderabad, awards were presented in different categories for eight district chapters as well. Renowned research and rating agency CRISIL was the knowledge partner for create 2021 to provide detailed reports to the jury to identify the best projects across categories.

CREATE awards inspire and promote best practices and champion the feat of creating value, delivering quality, and bringing innovation to the front foot with regards to the real estate in Telangana, CREDAI TS Secretary K Indrasena Reddy said.
