Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation enforcement teams demolished 14 unauthorised structures and served two notices during inspections across its three zones including Kukatpally, Serilingampally and Quthbullapur on Friday.
A press release stated that CMC officials demolished six structures in Quthbullapur zone and four each in Serilingampally and Kukatpally zones. Notices were issued in cases requiring further action under prescribed procedures.
CMC Commissioner G Srijana also directed officials and enforcement teams to maintain continuous field monitoring and ensure timely follow-up on identified unauthorised constructions. Enforcement action will be coordinated with the departments concerned and taken in accordance with applicable building regulations, it said.
The officials said inspections and enforcement activities would continue across CMC body limits to curb unauthorised construction and strengthen compliance with building regulations.
