Cyberabad SHE Teams nab 33 for harassing women in public spaces

Continuing its efforts to improve women's safety, the Cyberabad Women and Children Safety Wing arrested 33 individuals for harassing women in public during decoy operations conducted between August 3 and 8. The offenders were sent for mandatory behavioral counseling.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Women and Children Safety Wing nabbed 33 individuals for harassing women in public spaces during the decoy operations conducted between August 3 and 8.

Officials said cases were registered and those arrested underwent mandatory counseling sessions to correct their behaviour.

The She Teams also received 25 complaints from women through various platforms, all of which were addressed on priority.

At the Family Counselling Centre, 21 couples involved in marital disputes were counselled to help resolve their issues.
