Cyberabad SOT seizes 22 tonnes of PDS rice at Rajendranagar
According to police, the duo collected rice from poor people and smuggling it to Karnataka where it was sold at a higher price

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad SOT seized 22 tonnes of PDS rice on Saturday when it was being transported to Karnataka.
On specific information, the Special Operations Team (Rajendranagar) stopped a truck carrying the rice bags at Rajendranagar.
The police seized the truck and caught two persons. The police learnt the men were collecting the rice from poor people and smuggling it to Karnataka where it was sold at a higher price.
