Cyberabad Traffic Police hold bike rally for traffic rules awareness
Traffic Police along with local associations conducted a bike rally in Shadnagar on Saturday.

Hyderabad: To make more people aware about the traffic rules, especially wearing helmets, Cyberabad Traffic Police along with local associations conducted a bike rally in Shadnagar on Saturday.
A total of 2,000 bikes was flagged off by Shadnagar ACP Kushalkar, Shamshabad Traffic ACP Vishwaprasad, Shadnagar Municipal Commissioner D. Lavanya, Municipal Chairman Narender, Councillors,Telangana Book of World Records founder Dr. Chintapatla Venkatachary, Shadnagar District Co-ordinator Koneti Raju, Chief Co-ordinator G. Srinivas Rao, Ravi Kumar Bittiri Satti, Komaram, at Shadnagar Municipality Stadium. The bike rally was aimed to enter the Telangana Book of World Records.
The bikers carried placards with messages on road safety, and they passed through Shadnagar Municipal Stadium – Shadnagar Cross roads – Municipal commissioner office – Lavanya Hotel U turn – Hajipally U turn and back to the starting point. The rally was conducted in presence of Shadnagar SI Raghu kumar and the theme of the event was ‘Ride Safe-Reach Safe’. Telangana Book of World Records presented memento and medal to Shadnagar Traffic PS SI Raghu kumar for achieving this feat.
Speaking on the occasion, Shadnagar ACP Kushalkar emphasised that those in rural areas should be made aware of traffic rules, and that pillion riders should also wear helmets.
