Hyderabad: BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan prayed for the return of BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao as the Chief Minister of Telangana for the third time during his visit to the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on Sunday.

Sravan offered special prayers at the temple, along with his family, to mark his birthday. He prayed for the good health of Chandrashekhar Rao and his wife, Shobha, seeking divine strength for the leader to overcome all challenges.

Speaking to the media later, Sravan voiced strong support for the BRS chief and stated that, like Lord Shiva, the latter was silently absorbing conspiracies and attacks for Telangana’s sake.

“No matter the setbacks, I believe he will return to power,” he said, criticising the Congress government for its failures, including the urea shortage hurting farmers.

Emphasising spiritual unity beyond the Telugu state borders, he urged the Andhra Pradesh government to provide representation for Telangana in its temple trust boards. Once Chandrashekhar Rao becomes the Chief Minister again, he vowed to invite him to seek blessings of Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy at Srisailam.
