DCM van rams TGSRTC bus at Aramghar, several passengers injured
Several passengers sustained minor injuries after a speeding DCM van hit a TGSRTC bus from behind at Aramghar in Rajendranagar early Friday. The injured were given first aid at a local hospital, while police detained the DCM driver.
Hyderabad: Few passengers travelling in a TGSRTC bus suffered minor injuries when a DCM van collided with the bus at Aramghar in Rajendranagar early on Friday.
The bus belonging to Shadnagar depot, was on its way to MGBS from Shadnagar when a DCM also coming towards Hyderabad hit the bus from behind at a high speed. Due to the impact of the collision the passengers in the bus suffered minor injuries and were shifted to local hospital for first aid. The DCM driver and cleaner also suffered injuries.
On information, the local police reached the spot and took the driver of the DCM into custody. The TGSRTC officials reached the spot and arranged a different bus for the passengers to reach Hyderabad. The police are investigating.
