As these are long-lasting outdoor investments, you can choose furniture made of resin wicker, wrought iron, teak or plastic, which can handle most of the elements nature throws at them. However, do not opt for furniture with intricate designs, as dust will get trapped in it and cleaning the balcony will be more of a hassle later.
Balconies are usually spaces that double up for other things like drying clothes. So, fitting huge furniture there can be challenging. Consider going for space-saving furniture, such as folding chairs and tables, for this area. If you have enough floor area, you can also add a colourful rug to add some brightness to your balcony.
