Hyderabad: The State government on Friday placed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director-General Anjani Kumar in Full Additional Charge (FAC) for the post of Director-General of Police (DGP) since DGP M Mahendar Reddy will be on medical leave from February 18 to March 4.
On returning from leave, Mahendar Reddy will be reposted as DGP. The government has sanctioned half pay leave commuted to full pay on medical grounds under All India Service (Leave) Rules, 1955.
