Hyderabad: Riding on goals from Ravi Teja and K Srinivas, Dhanraj Pillay XI defeated MD Shaid XI 2-1 in the Legend Hockey Premier League, being organised by Hockey Hyderabad at the Gymkhana, on Sunday.

In another match, Mukesh Kumar XI downed Bhaskaran XI 6-2. For the winners, Md Affan Khan, Arvind and N Santosh scored two goals each while Feriz and Mahipal reduced the margin with a goal each for Bhaskaran XI.
