Hyderabad: A driver died when a lorry over turned while trying to negotiate a sharp turn at Maheshwaram early on Sunday.

D.Chandrasekhar (27) of Kandukur village in Ranga Reddy district was driving his lorry when it overturned near Apple Estate Venture on the Maheshwaram road. “He was driving the lorry at a high speed and it overturned while trying to negotiate a curve. The vehicle over turned and he died on the spot,” said Maheshwaram, sub inspector J Venkatiah.

On information, Maheshwaram police reached the spot and shifted the body for postmortem examination to Osmania General Hospital mortuary. A case is registered and investigation going on.
