Ventures would be developed in at least 50 acres with all facilities as per master plan through land pooling.
He said that government and farmers of the land would have share of 50:50. There would be no brokers for the sale of plot in these ventures. The transactions would be between the government and farmers. Hence, there would be no charge for cheating the farmers. The farmers of the lands need not to extend any capital investment as the expenditure for development of the venture would bear by the state government, he added. Farmers would also get high price to their lands. If the land owners come forward, the government would develop DTCP approved layouts. It was not like land acquisition, the interested land owner can only extend their land for the lay outs. The share of the amount get by the state government by auctioning the plots would be spent for development works in Nalgonda.
