Telangana’s decision to allow registration of eligible 22-A properties may revive transactions, but owners remain uncertain as the properties continue on the prohibited list. The unresolved status could affect bargaining power, property values and decisions to sell.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy promised a permanent solution to the 22-A land issue but did not set a timeframe for resolving the wider controversy. He announced a high-powered committee, new regularisation policies and a survey of KCR family's lands.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, RERA officials said only Bhuvi / Vasavi Buildox project at Gundlapochamaplly (survey no 509) was registered with PO 2200007044 number.
Under the TS-bPASS Land Use Information service, citizens can check the survey number details and land use pattern, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, recreational and conservation zones
