Durga Rao to lead Andhra team in Senior National Kabaddi Championship in Vadodara
The Andhra Pradesh men's kabaddi team, led by captain P. Durga Rao, will compete in the 72nd Senior National Kabaddi Championship in Vadodara from February 24 to 27.
Andhra kabaddi team for the Senior national championship to be held in Vadodara
Hyderabad: P. Durga Rao will lead Andhra Pradesh men’s team in the 72nd Senior National Kabaddi Championship to be held in Vadodara from February 24 to 27.
The team has been picked based on the performances in the recent Inter-district championship for men in Kurnool and the selected team underwent a 15-day intensive coaching camp in Piduguralla.
Mr. K. Rajendra Prasad, Additional Director, Railway Claims Tribunal (RCT), expressed hope that the team would return with the trophy.
Mr. N. Arjuna Rao, Working President, Mr. Srikanth Yalamanchili, General Secretary and Mr. K.V. Nancharaiah, Joint Secretary of Andhra Kabaddi Association attended the felicitation function for the selected team at Railway Stadium in Vijayawada.
