Karimnagar: Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar on Thursday said BJP leader Eatala Rajender was conspiring to engineer an attack on himself by his followers to gain sympathy from the public in Huzurabad Assembly constituency.

“We have information that Eatala Rajender may resort to such an act on October 11, 12 or 13. Rajender with bandages will then tour the constituency to gain public sympathy,” Eshwar said while participating in various programmes in Kamalapur mandal.

BJP was planning to repeat a Raghunandan Rao act in Huzurabad, he said, adding that the saffron party would go to any length to win elections. “BJP leaders always try to create tension between Hindus and Muslims during elections, raising border issues,” he said.

Stating that BJP had done nothing for Telangana, the Minister advised the BJP leaders to stop such conspiracies at least now and take part in the development of Telangana State.
Advising people to be aware of Rajender’s plots, Eshwar appealed to the people to teach a fitting lesson to the BJP leader and work for the victory of TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas Yadav.
