EBG Group and Carlton London launch luxury furniture venture
EBG Group and British lifestyle brand Carlton London launched Carlton Luxury Furniture, a sustainability-focused furniture initiative. The company plans to open 600 showrooms across 300 cities over five years and mobilise investments of up to Rs 2,000 crore through franchise partners
Hyderabad: The EBG Group, in partnership with British lifestyle brand Carlton London, launched Carlton Luxury Furniture, a first-of-its-kind initiative focused on sustainability, longevity and conscious living, a press release said on Tuesday.
The partnership between EBG Group and Carlton Luxury was unveiled in the presence of Carl Virk, Founder of Carlton London, and Dr Irfan Khan, Founder and Chairman of EBG Group.
The franchise-led expansion aims to establish 600 showrooms across 300 major cities over the next five years. Through a partner-led model, the company aims to mobilise investments between Rs 1,800 crore and Rs 2,000 crore from franchise stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Irfan Khan said, “We are introducing a model where furniture is built to last 10 to 15 years and continues to create value through solutions such as buyback and refurbishment.”
On the occasion, Carl Virk said, “Every furniture piece is crafted with a strong focus on quality, durability and refined aesthetics, ensuring that luxury is not only experienced but also responsibly created.”
Omkar Navge, CEO of Carlton Wellness Group, Ganesh Kumar, EBG Group Chief Business Strategy Officer, Ranjitha M, CEO of Brillen Space Engineering, and Sathya Verma, CEO of Tarzan, among others, were present.
