Khammam: Rich tributes were paid to the late playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam at Priyadarshini Institute of Science and Technology for Women here on Wednesday on the occasion of his death anniversary.
The college chairman Dr. Katepalli Naveen Babu paid tribute to the singer and said his life was an example of hard work. He further added that his five-decade-long-career showcases qualities of rigorous practice and humility.
The college director Atluri Venkataramana said that Balasubrahmanyam proved the fact that one song could change people’s lives. The singer was a favourite singer for many music directors because of his humbleness, said the college principal Dr. B. Gopal.
