Siddipet: Finance Minister T Harish Rao has said that Ensanpally village located on the outskirts of Siddipet town will emerge as High-tech City of Siddipet.
Addressing the villagers after inaugurating a host of development works at the village during a day-long programme, the Finance Minister has said that the village will have a 1000-bed hospital attached to Government Medical College, a Government Nursing College, Kendriya Vidyalaya apart from a host of other facilities. The Minister has laid a foundation for the construction of Nursing College, which will be built in a five acres of land by spending over Rs 50 crore, on the outskirts of Ensanpally on Wednesday.
In view of all these developments at Ensanpally, Rao has informed the cheering villagers that they were aiming to provide the best infrastructure facilities by connecting the village with Rajeev Radhari and Siddipet town. The Minister has also laid the foundation for an 18-KM long two-lane BT road, the second-longest in the State, that will be built with an outlay of R 15 crore. Part of the road from Komaticheruvu in Siddipet to Ensanpally will be a four-lane road that will be installed with butterfly lights. The works of Kendriya Vidyala Siddipet, which is being built with a budget of Rs 30 crore, were going at a brisk pace while the Medical Colege hospital is being built with Rs 300 crore budget.
He has also inaugurated the open gym, Rythu Vedika, Mahila Bhavan, Palle Prakruthi Vanam besides laying a foundation for Grama Panchayat building. The Minister has participated in 14 different programmes at Ensanapally on Wednesday alone. Saying that the Ensanpally used to face serious drought during every summer, Rao said that it said that the tanks in and around Ensanpally were overflowing even during the mid-summer now.
