Errabelli tells officials to list names of employees for promotions

Minister instructed officials to carry out the exercise in a transparent manner

Hyderabad: Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao here on Friday asked officials concerned to prepare the list of employees who are eligible for promotions.

In a meeting with Panchayat Raj Principal Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania, Commissioner M Raghunandan Rao and Engineering Wing Engineer-in-Chief AG Sanjeeva Rao, the Minister instructed officials to carry out the exercise in a transparent manner.

Officials should collect details pertaining to all employees along with their joining date and seniority before preparing the list. “It is the responsibility of officials to prepare the list to ensure justice to employees,” Dayakar Rao said.

In a separate meeting, the Minister asked officials to complete works related to modern crematoriums – ‘Vaikunta Dhamams’ and village parks – ‘Palle Prakruthi Vanams’ along with other pending works.

As Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and Municipal Administration and IT Minister KT Rama Rao were keen on the development of gram panchayats in the State, Dayakar Rao instructed officials to develop the villages on all fronts.
